At Rain City Maids, we offer you an entire home cleaning service based on our extensive and detailed checklist, but you can also opt for a custom cleaning with an hourly charge instead. We also offer plenty of Add On Services, such as a Deep Cleaning package, oven, and refrigerator cleaning, windows, and Move-In/Out packages. We like to think that our checklist can fit each one of our client’s preferences and needs without a hitch. Let us show you our magic touch!
Every task included in One-Time Deep Cleaning gets upgraded, and you can add things like cobweb removing, cabinet cleaning and extra attention to bathrooms. Even light switches! Recommended if you only clean every few months.
For those who are constant clients of ours and only need a basic cleaning every week, two weeks or every other day, we offer a Recurring Cleaning. Every essential dusting, wiping, sweeping, and cleaning is covered, as well as most areas.
If you’re moving into a new home or leaving one behind, get our Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning, which combines the services from Deep Cleaning with fridge, oven, windows, and cabinets cleaning.

We do not offer a generic "wipe and go" service. Homes with animals come with stubborn fur, tracked-in mud, and nose prints on the glass, and when you tell us there is pet hair to clean up, we plan extra time for it.

- Countertops and Backsplashes: Counters and backsplashes are wiped down with our eco-friendly products, along with sinks and faucets and the table and chairs.
- Floors: Hard floors are cleaned by misting an eco-friendly floor cleaner and mopping with a damp pad. We do not wet-mop, so no sticky residue is left behind for paws to pick up.
- Appliance Exteriors: We clean the outside of your appliances and the microwave inside and out. Inside the fridge and inside the oven are available as add-ons.
Living and Sleeping Areas
- HEPA Vacuuming: Our teams use HEPA-filter vacuums on carpets, rugs, and floors, trapping fine dust and dander instead of blowing it back into the air.
- Dusting: Furniture within reach, lamps, picture frames, and window sills are dusted with microfiber cloths that lift hair and dander rather than spreading it around.
- Beds and Baseboards: We make the beds (and change the linens if you leave fresh sheets out). Baseboards, where fur tends to collect, are part of our deep clean.
Bathrooms
- Tubs, Showers, and Toilets: Tubs and showers are scrubbed, including surface mildew in the grout, and toilets are cleaned inside and out.
- Sinks and Mirrors: Sinks, counters, vanity exteriors, and mirrors are cleaned to a shine.
- Floors: Bathroom floors are cleaned with the same residue-free technique as the rest of the home.
