Rain City Maids ("Rain City Maids," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit www.raincitymaids.com (the "Site") or use our cleaning services, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the Site you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us directly. When you request a quote, book a cleaning, contact us, or chat with us, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, service address, property details, scheduling preferences, and any messages you send. Payment is processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, links clicked, and general location (city/region). See Section 3.

3. Cookies and tracking technologies
The Site uses cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including from third parties, for analytics and advertising. These currently include:
- Google Analytics (Google LLC) - to understand how visitors use the Site.
- Google Ads / remarketing and conversion tracking (Google LLC) - to measure ad performance and show our ads to past visitors on other sites.
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) - to measure and target advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
- Call and lead tracking (such as WhatConverts) - to attribute phone calls and form submissions to the marketing source that generated them. This may display a dynamic phone number on the Site in place of our main line.
- Our customer chat tool - to operate the chat feature on the Site.
Some of these technologies may constitute "selling" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising under California law (see Section 7). You can control these technologies through your browser's cookie settings and the advertising opt-outs described in Section 6.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information with:
- Service providers that perform functions on our behalf (payment processing, hosting, scheduling, communications, analytics, call tracking, customer chat), bound to use it only for those services;
- Advertising and analytics partners (Google, Meta) as described in Section 3;
- Legal and safety recipients when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property; and
- Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
5. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, then delete or de-identify it.
6. Your choices
- Analytics/advertising opt-outs: Google Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com), the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, Meta ad preferences (in your Facebook/Instagram settings), and the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) / Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org).
