It’s our most thorough package: everything in a deep clean, plus the extra detail a vacant home needs — inside appliances, inside cabinets and drawers, baseboards, interior windows, and the spots that only show once the furniture is gone.

How is it different from a standard or deep clean?

A standard clean maintains a lived-in home and a deep clean tackles built-up grime. A move-out clean is the deep clean plus vacant-home extras (inside the oven and fridge, inside cabinets, interior windows) so the place is move-in ready for whoever’s next.

Can I customize it or skip things I don’t need?

Yes. The checklist is a starting point — if something doesn’t apply, just tell us and we’ll tailor the visit and the quote to what you actually need.

Will it help me get my security deposit back?

That’s exactly what it’s built for. We focus on the areas landlords and property managers inspect, so the home is returned in the condition your lease expects. We can’t speak for a landlord’s decision, but we make sure cleaning isn’t the reason for a deduction.

Should the home be empty when you clean?

Ideally, yes — it’s most effective once belongings are out so we can reach floors, baseboards, inside cabinets, and corners. We’re happy to work around a few remaining items.
