Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to change, reschedule or cancel your booking.

We understand that plans change and you may need to cancel or reschedule your scheduled cleaning service. We appreciate as much advance notice as possible so that we can try to fill your spot on the schedule.

A $100 cancellation fee will be assessed in the event that you would like to reschedule or cancel your service less than 48 hours before scheduled service, or if we are unable to access the home at the scheduled time of service (lockout).
