Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change and you may need to cancel or reschedule your scheduled cleaning service. We appreciate as much advance notice as possible so that we can try to fill your spot on the schedule.

Please provide at least 48 hours advance notice to change, reschedule or cancel your booking.

A $100 cancellation fee will be assessed in the event that you would like to reschedule or cancel your service less than 48 hours before scheduled service, or if we are unable to access the home at the scheduled time of service (which is called a lockout).

How to cancel or reschedule your booking:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please use our online booking system. You can also contact us if you need assistance with rescheduling or cancelling your service.

Cancellations outside of business hours:

Outside of our business hours (Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM), bookings may be cancelled through our online booking software in order to avoid a possible cancellation fee. Emails and voicemails left outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day and the 48-hour cancellation policy will take effect when we receive your request when we are back in the office.

It is recommended to cancel or reschedule online using our online booking system, especially outside of business hours. If you don’t have an account, you can sign up for a new account using your email address and your bookings will be automatically linked to your account.
