Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 48 hours advance notice to change, reschedule or cancel your booking

We appreciate as much advance notice as possible for any changes, cancellations or rescheduling your cleaning service. We hold a spot on our schedule and last minute cancellations are often impossible to fill.

A $100 cancellation fee will be assessed in the event that you would like to reschedule or cancel your service less than 48 hours before scheduled service, or if we are unable to access the home at the scheduled time of service (which is called a lockout).

If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please use our online booking system. You can also contact us if you need assistance with rescheduling or cancelling your service.

Cancellations outside of business hours

Outside of our business hours (Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM), bookings may be cancelled through our online booking system in order to avoid a possible cancellation fee. Emails and voicemails left outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day and the 48-hour cancellation policy will take effect when we receive your request when we are back in the office. If you don’t have an account, you can easily sign up for a new account using your email address and your bookings will be automatically linked to your account.
